Tivoli Rose – Skin and Beauty reserves the right to make changes at any time.

By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand all of the terms and conditions. You agree to abide by them, if you do not agree please refrain from using our online ordering system.

You may buy products or vouchers from us at any time online by completing the order form available on our site. To buy products and vouchers on our site you must be of a complying age to do so by law and for all minors under 18 years of age will need an adult’s permission. By completing these forms you agree that you are of complying age to do so and that all information provided is accurate, complete and not misleading.

We accept Zip Pay, After Pay, Pay Pal, Visa and Mastercard for your convenience however some or all of these may incur surcharges. You have the option to pay by Cash or Debit with no surcharges applied. Thank you for your understanding.

You agree to deal with us in good faith and with compliance to applicable laws. Tivoli Rose reserves the right to cancel or change orders should they feel the need to do so.


Cancellation & Rescheduling policy

No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.

All appointments will be required to make a non-refundable upfront payment of 50% of your treatment (booking fee) in order to secure the booking. Booking fees are redeemable against your treatment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, 24 hours notice is required and your booking fee can be carried over to your next scheduled appointment.

No Shows, late cancellations OR late changes to your appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in losing your booking fee.

Courtesy appointment reminder text is sent out as a reminder 48 hours before to confirm your services prior to your appointment date as well as a 24 hour notice call/text if not confirmed.

This policy is to confirm your commitment to attending your scheduled appointment and to protect Tivoli Rose Skin & Beauty interest in the incident of late cancellations or no shows.Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation!


Privacy Policy

In dealings with Tivoli Rose Skin and Beauty we will collect information to provide you with the best service possible. This information may include name, address, phone number, email contact and medical information.

This information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with any other parties not associated with Elysium. We may disclose your personal information if we are required to by law or if you violate our Terms and Conditions

Before sending you email marketing you will either opt in, be asked for permission or have the option to opt out at any given time should you choose.


Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs – All orders will incur a $10 shipping fee within areas of Australia

Delivery Times – All orders will be top priority and will be shipped from the warehouse within 2-3 days (if not sooner) of order being placed providing we have the stock available. Should the products ordered not be in the warehouse, the customer will be notified, and times will be given of when to expect the shipment.

Returns – To return your product, you should mail your product to TIVOLI ROSE 32b Hawthorne Street, Roma, QLD 4455

Please contact us in advance at info@tivolirose.com to notify changes to be made and wait for an acceptance reply before shipping.

Please note that only full priced items may be returned, and no sale items will be refunded.

Should you wish to return a full priced regular item, it must be in original condition including packaging. Unused and free from damage.

We do not refund or return products not in original condition or packaging, nor do we exchange or refund for change of mind. All returned items in damaged or used condition will be returned to the customer at your expense and will not be accepted.

All returns will be at the cost of the consumer and return postage is non-refundable. Depending on where you live the cost and time to exchange a product may vary.

If you are shipping a product you should consider taking out a trackable insurance as no responsibility from Elysium – A Place of Beauty will be taken if a product is lost in transit on return.
